Terms of use

Play fairly, keep your optional account secure, and enjoy Slingshot Golf as provided. Online leaderboards use generated callsigns; manipulated score submissions may be removed.

Free game and course purchases

The app is free to download and includes three complete courses. Each paid course pack is a separate one-time purchase that permanently unlocks the three courses named in that pack. There is no subscription, and new packs are released only when they are ready.

One-time purchases

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed. Course packs do not renew. Deleting a Slingshot Golf account does not remove an Apple purchase, and restoring purchases does not require a Slingshot Golf account.

Prices shown in the app come from the App Store and may vary by storefront. Payments, refunds, and billing are governed by Apple's terms. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms.

Online services

The optional leaderboard and course alerts may change or experience interruptions. Do not attempt to falsify scores, abuse SMS delivery, interfere with the service, or use the app unlawfully. We may remove manipulated results or restrict abusive access.

The game and online services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app service giving rise to a claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
